Katy Perry Perplexingly Apologizes To Chief Keef After He Says He’ll “Smack The Sh*t” Out Of Her

Katy Perry is a darling. If ever there was doubt about that fact, it’s gone after she apologized to Chief Keef even after he lobbed a couple despicable tweets her way, one threatening violence. To recap: a few days ago, Perry tweeted that after hearing Keef’s “Hate Bein’ Sober,” she had “serious doubt for the world.” Keef came back with a predictably trashy response, posting “Dat bitch Katy Perry Can Suck Skin Off Of my Dick” and “Ill Smack The Shit out her.”

Late last night (May 23), Perry apologized to “Mr. Keef” on Twitter. “I’m sorry if I offended you. I heard a lot of people guesting on the song & didn’t even know it was you in particular.” She added, “I’m a fan of your ‘Don’t Like’ video tbh. I was really just having a general opinion on our generations desire to be constantly intoxicated.” We have no problem with Katy’s clarification regarding her distaste for the song’s message, especially since she has firsthand experience with addiction (via her past romantic relationships with drug users).

But, ugh, why give Keef the satisfaction of a COMPLIMENT after he directed such cretinous vitriol your way? That is so perplexing, and so disappointing. On the bright side, Keef also apologized after she did, and now we don’t have to write about him anymore.

Anyway, head below to see the tweets.
