This is so stupid, but it’s also one of those rare chances to see a superstar get treated like one of us lowly hangers-on, so whatever we’re posting it. Drake was on hand for Game 7 of the NBA Finals last night (June 21), where the Miami Heat triumphed over the San Antonio Spurs to claim their second straight championship. As is tradition in pro sports, there’s a big celebration in the locker room after the game, with champagne spraying and dancing and speeches and general rambunctiousness. Drizzy wanted to be a part of it, to celebrate with his pal LeBron James (can you blame him for not supporting his local Toronto Raptors?).

But as you’ll see up top, the rapper was denied entry to the locker room. “No access, this is media,” he was told. Looking a bit befuddled, Drake responded, “I am media,” but that didn’t work. Aww, there’s that Sad Drake face we all know and love.

Maybe if we were the nucleus he’d have gotten in.
