The Janoskians take another step towards becoming a bonafide boy band – they started off as a comedy group – by unleashing a video for “Best Friends” upon unsuspecting pop fans. The low brow-but-irritatingly-catchy tune has been a surprise hit around the world, reaching the iTunes top 10 in dozens of countries around the world. It even made the top 100 in the US. Not bad for a bunch of Australian teens best known for hanging out with Ariana Grande.

So what can you expect from the boys’ latest visual? Well, the clip is little more than behind-the-scenes footage spliced with a live performance. It’s pretty basic stuff but the fivesome sweeten the deal by getting undressed. There’s even some LMFAO-type wiggling going on, which should appeal to their 900,000 YouTube subscribers. The Janoskians don’t take themselves too seriously – their tour is called Not A Boy Band – so it’s hard to knock them for having a good time.

Do you like The Janoskians’ music or should they stick to comedy? Let us know in the comments.
