Superstar songwriter-turned-rising chanteuse Sevyn Streeter grabbed our attention with her excellent slow burner “It Won’t Stop,” and now she’s turned out a stunning acoustic performance of that single for The Warner Sound: Sultry, passionate and demonstrating control that’s nothing short of extraordinary, it turns out that Streeter has vocal abilities that evoke Aaliyah more than many of her other R&B contemporaries.
