Oh man! What a day it’s been to be a fan of Miley Cyrus! The pop songbird took the stage on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday in Los Angeles, then hopped off a plane (at JFK or Newark, presumably, not LAX, although who knows if she’s even flying commercial these days) to head to New York so she could take the stage at Good Morning America to perform… The exact same thing! Basically. “We Can’t Stop” and “Fall Down” with Will.i.am again.
Admittedly, she was wearing a white diaper thing this time (which looked as chic as diapers ever do), but she rocked it out just as gamely as she did yesterday. Big ups, Miley.
After the performance, she sat down for a quick interview, where she had some wise (if Bieberesque) things to say about the haters: “Haters are going to hate but the haters are also going to click on your YouTube video to watch it so I don’t really care,” the sage songstress explained. “You helped me break the record. Even if you were watching just to hate on me and now I hold the record so I win.”
