Javier Dunn “Couple Of Drinks” Video: Idolator Premiere
A couple of weeks ago, we asked you to be the judge(s): Was LA-based singer-songwriter Javier Dunn‘s “Couple Of Drinks” worth writing home about?
As it turned out, the answer was a resounding yes! And so, we’re making good on the promise to deliver more Dunn with the video premiere for “Couple Of Drinks.”
The shadowy clip for “Couple Of Drinks,” the lead single from Dunn’s debut Trails (which was just released yesterday!), sees the singer working his way through a crowded club while crooning his melancholy, bleary-eyed tune.
He’s no fan of the scene — that is, until he catches sight of someone special and begins contemplating his next move. After some more cramped shuffling through the hallways (and a brief, totally casual jam session on stage — a nice preview of his upcoming album release performance tonight at Hotel Cafe), he’s got his sights locked once again on his lady friend. Will it all work out in the end, or will he only be shuffled away in the chaotic club scene?
