Ed Sheeran Says New Music Is Coming In January
Velvet-voiced guitar-strumming Gryffindor prince Ed Sheeran has been tight-lipped about details of his upcoming album, even though it’s supposedly finished (ugh) — but in a Twitter Q&A with fans yesterday, he revealed that there’s an actual plan for new tunes due as soon as January. Yes, kids, that’s only six months away.

As MTV News notes, he’s also said in other recent interviews that “he plans on spending October, November and December plotting [the album’s] release,” so there’s that. Currently he’s busy on Taylor Swift‘s Red Tour. There are probably worse places to be.
