Snoop Dogg’s “Passenger Seat”: Listen To The Laid-Back Rap Track

After releasing new music under the name Snoop Lion back in April, Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. is back to his original moniker Snoop Dogg (the pseudonym that made him famous, that is) with a track from the upcoming Mental $tates mixtape. The song, produced by Wiz Khalifa producer Cardo, has a laidback West Coast vibe that aligns nicely with classics in the Long Beach rapper’s discography.

“Passenger Seat” is the first track to be released from the upcoming mixtape, a collaborative compilation by the L.A. Leakers with production by Cardo, due out in August. The track is the second Snoop Dogg song released this summer, after “Let The Bass Go” from the soundtrack to the upcoming flick Turbo, which hit the web last month.

Kick back, take a seat next to Snoop, and hear the track below.
