We here at Idolator have been smitten with Danish doll Oh Land (real name: Nanna Øland Fabricius) ever since she enchanted all within earshot at our 2011 Pray For Pop party at South By Southwest. (Actually, we dug her way before that, too.) And today the follow-up to her self-titled sophomore LP was announced. Titled Wish Bone, the album will arrive at some point in “late September” through Dave Sitek‘s (TV On The Radio) new label Federal Prism. (Also on the roster: Kelis.)

The album’s first single will be “Renaissance Girls,” a hugely pleasing piano-and-synth gem with a catchy, highly Oh Land-esque chorus. You can also get another preview of the album via the Dan Carey-produced “My Boxer,” which SPIN just premiered today. The song just happens to feature rapping by Oh Land, so you definitely shouldn’t miss that.

New label boss Sitek and go-to songwriter Sia make up some of the other collaborators on Wish Bone. A press release notes that official information about the “Renaissance Girls” single is on the way in the coming weeks.
