Miley Cyrus Returns To TV With Documentary (And She Won’t Stop)

Details surrounding the new Miley Cyrus album have been scarce, beyond her newfound hip-hop vibe. Pharrell confirmed that she was still making pop. “We Can’t Stop” arrived and beat Justin Bieber‘s VEVO record. Miley will come in like a “Wrecking Ball,” sing about molly and twerk because she can.

Turns out, Cyrus kept mum for a pretty good reason: This fall, MTV will air a one-hour documentary about her new music and high-profile, Ying Yang Twins-approved wild streak. It’s the network’s first such doc since its 2012 special on the already-open Demi Lovato and her journey in and out of rehab, Demi Lovato: Stay Strong.

While MTV has yet to announce a title and air date, Cyrus says that a director’s cut of the “We Can’t Stop” video debuts Monday, July 29. This particular video isn’t likely to offer any new insights, but until MTV spills, it will have to do.
