It appeared to be a ladies-only phenomenon but the next Justin Bieber proves that boys can drop it low too. Yay?

It’s clear he’s just goofing around but with catchy single “What About Love” rapidly climbing the Hot 100, the beanie-wearing heartthrob might want to leave this kind of thing to strippers and struggle femcees.
