Carrie Underwood To Start Working On New Album (In December)
Carrie Underwood is already making plans to start working on her next album…kinda. The country superstar told Billboard she’s ready to begin working on her follow-up to 2012’s Blown Away. But ready doesn’t mean able: she said NBC’s live The Sound Of Music special is her “entire fall.”
“It will be a couple of solid moths working on it for one big night,” Underwood said. “And after that I feel like I can really buckle down and start working on the next album.” That show doesn’t happen until December 5, so we’ve got a ways to go until we’ll hear any new material.
