Six long years have passed since Dannii Minogue last saved dance music with epic Jason Nevins collaboration “Touch Me Like That” but the raven-haired club queen is back! Her new anthem “Cos You’re Beautiful”, from forthcoming greatest hits package This Is It, partially surfaced way back in 2010 but it holds up remarkably well.
The simple guitar intro sets the loved-up mood before the synths crash in and drag Dannii back to her homeland (ie. the dancefloor). Hopefully “Cos You’re Beautiful” inspires the flawless 41-year-old to record more new music because the pop world is truly a better place with her in it.
