In news that may well cause hipsters in Australia and New Zealand to lose their grimace of disinterest for a microsecond, Flume and Lorde are threatening to hit the studio together in the not too distant future. By now you’re pretty familiar with the long-locked Kiwi singer thanks to iTunes smash “Royals” but who is her new collaborator?
Well, Flume is a piping hot electronic artist/producer from Sydney. He’s only 21 years old and already has a platinum-selling number one album in his homeland — making him the perfect match for Lorde both in the age and buzz stakes.
