With the recent revival of Arsenio Hall’s late night talk show, viewers have gotten spoiled with nightly live performances from hip hop’s elite, including sets from Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Nas. Last night, Kendrick Lamar’s former intern and Detroit native Big Sean took Arsenio’s stage to throw down with “Fire,” the fourth single from his recently released sophomore album, Hall of Fame.
With incredible support from the live band backing him, Big Sean looks and sounds like cooly charismatic star MC he (and Kanye) so desperately wants to be, ripping through the H.O.F. uplifting highlight without a hiccupped syllable or gargled chorus in sight. Take a look at the video above.
