Katy Perry’s ‘Prism’ Album Release Event To Air On The CW
Katy Perry will celebrate the release of Prism on October 22 with a live concert and Q&A hosted by Mario Lopez from L.A.’s iHeartRadio Theater. The launch event will then air October 25 on The CW as a one-hour special.
This is almost identical to Justin Timberlake‘s album rollout earlier this year. Back in March, he performed at the El Rey Theater on the eve of The 20/20 Experience‘s release, and The CW aired a one-hour version of the event in conjunction with iHeartRadio the night of the album’s release.
Perry performed at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago, and earlier this week The CW premiered Britney Spears‘ “Work Bitch” video.
