The 2013 American Music Awards are just around the corner, and it’s shaping up to be one of the year’s premiere nights of pop. Lady Gaga, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kendrick Lamar and Luke Bryan have just been added to the performance lineup. They’ll share the stage with previously confirmed performers Miley Cyrus, One Direction, Florida Georgia Line and Imagine Dragons. And we all know what happens when you get Gaga and Miley on stage on the same night. ALL THE TWEETING.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis also lead the field of nominees, with nods in six categories, including a face-off with K-Dot for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album. Gaga, meanwhile, has no nominations, but the performance comes two weeks after ARTPOP drops, so she’ll obviously have something epic in store to begin her bid for 2014 dominance.
The AMAs air November 24 on ABC.
