Dale! Mr. Worldwide is about to settle down (for at least one night) in good ol’ America as the host of the 2013 American Music Awards. Yes, Pitbull will be your AMAs host du jour when the show broadcasts live from Los Angeles on November 24, so expect a lot of leering, jeering and a performance of “Timber” with Ke$ha. Deep sigh.
Here is the real, actual thing that he said in a statement: “I am truly honored to be hosting the 2013 American Music Awards. The night is only about one thing, fun! So buckle and get ready. Dale!”
