Kelly Clarkson To Appear On ‘Nashville,’ Covering Mazzy Star
Kelly Clarkson had a banner week with the grand debut of Kelly Clarkson’s Cautionary Christmas Tale, and the pop siren is set to reprise her stint of TV stardom with a little appearance on Nashville. ABC confirmed that the songstress will be appearing as herself on the hit show, where she’ll be covering Mazzy Star‘s 1994 hit “Fade Into You.” In a neat twist, Clarkson has covered the song before — live in concert — and characters Gunnar and Scarlett on the show have as well.
In her storyline on the show, she’ll be recording a version of the track with the characters. Watch their respective renditions after the jump.
