Lily Allen’s “Somewhere Only We Know” Gets A Belated Video: Watch
Lily Allen‘s sparse cover of Keane‘s “Somewhere Only We Know” rocketed to number one in the UK after being featured in an animated commercial for John Lewis department stores. Today (December 16) the song finally gets an official video and it’s as understated as you would expect.
In fact, it basically pastes together the commercial with some behind-the-scenes action. You get to see the different stages of the animation process and gain some appreciation for the sheer amount of effort involved. Does the video mean the song will now be rolled out internationally?
