Enrique Iglesias & Pitbull Team Up Again On “Freak”: Listen

Jan 7th, 2014 // 1 Comment

What happens when you put Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull, two of the biggest Latin recording artists in the world, together? A song called “I Like It,” that’s what! What happens when you do it over and over again, year after year? Well, it starts to lose a little bit of its luster, and then you get a song called “Freak,” because really, what else could we expect from these two at this point?

Yes, the two hypersexual superstars have combined talents once more on a new tune from Iglesias’ upcoming tenth studio album (loco!), and it sounds exactly like how you’d expect it to sound: Bouncy electropop production courtesy of The Cataracs and provocative lyrics, and while it sounds more like something you’d hear during a particularly lively night out at a suburban P.F. Chang’s than it does like anything that captures an authentic piece of the Miami zeitgeist, it’ll probably be a crowd-pleaser.
