Beyonce’s “Drunk In Love” Gets Warped MeLo-X Remix: Listen
We’ve got yet another Beyonce remix for you, this time a reworked version of “Drunk In Love” from Brooklyn producer and multi-hyphenate MeLo-X. X has scrubbed nearly everything from the song (including Jay-Z), leaving a foggy hint of the beat and a warped loop of that opening chant, with Bey’s declaration “I been drinkin’, I been drinkin'” peppered in throughout.
The result is a sultry, spacey vacuum that tantalizingly dangles that ecstatic “We be all night” moment in front of you but never delivers it. Check it out below, then peep the video for the Beyonce version.
