Whitney Houston’s Daughter Bobbi Kristina Is “Happily Married”
Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston‘s daughter, says that she’s happily married — rather, “#HappilyMarried” — to longtime beau Nick Gordon. She posted on Twitter a photo of her hand resting over Gordon’s, showing off the rings on their fingers.
Brown and Gordon’s relationship has been criticized, particularly by grandmother Cissy Houston. The two first met years ago when Gordon started living with the Houstons in Atlanta and became known as Brown’s “big brudder,” although she now disputes this. Once they were engaged this summer, Cissy wrote “Krissi” an open letter. “Do I want you to get married in the near future? No, I don’t I think you’re too young and I wish you’d wait,” she said. (Brown is 20.)
Although her rep has yet to confirm details, Brown hints that the nuptials were a low-key affair — at least, for now. “Don’t think 4 a sec that a ceremony isn’t in store this year …!?” she says. “they’re [sic] will be a wedding & a gorgeous1at that (:” See the rest of her Twitter announcement after the jump.
