Kylie Minogue made her debut as judge on The Voice UK on Saturday night (January 11) and immediately proved to be a hit with contestants and viewers alike. Her addition to the panel (along with Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson) translated into a TV audience of 8.4 million people — an increase of more than two million on last year’s premiere.
The pop icon’s presence was also a hit with fans, who fell for her bubbly personality and goofy antics. Her flirtatious interaction with The Streets ex-vocalist Leo Ihenacho immediately went viral after Minogue screamed that she didn’t need to know his name and promised they “would have a good time together”.
