Tiesto’s Pop Crossover “Red Lights” Gets A Furious Afrojack Remix: Listen

Jan 17th, 2014 // 1 Comment

Tiesto‘s “Red Lights” is a safe bet for the next track to make the leap from clubs to top 40 radio. It’s an expertly calibrated EDM-pop excursion with the kind of anthemic chorus that hits like a sledgehammer regardless of whether you’re tearing up the dance floor or driving to work.

While time will tell if the song does, in fact, cross over, club love is a no-brainer. Especially when the Dutch DJ is hitting up fellow titans of the dance world to remix the track. Afrojack gives “Red Lights” a particularly wicked overhaul, stripping the pop elements and upping the BPM to nuclear. Listen after the jump.
