Miley Cyrus Lands ‘MTV Unplugged’ Special: Watch The Promo
Main Miley Cyrus enabler MTV will continue their campaign by hosting a new edition of MTV Unplugged featuring Miley later this month. Yep, they still do Unplugged over there. There’s hope for MTV after all! The Bangerz singer will rework her songs in an acoustic setting for a special that will also feature surprise guests, and lots of tongue-wagging, probably. “Miley’s vision for the performance is like nothing we’ve ever seen,” a rep for the network said in a statement. “I can say that this will easily be one of the most memorable Unplugged performances to date.”
We all know what happened last time Miley was on MTV, and the Unplugged promo makes sure to play that up and pump the FOMO angle to get people to tune in when it airs January 29 at 9 p.m. ET. Check out the ad below.
