Michelle scored her second entry on the Billboard Hot 100 this week with truth tea-spilling R&B anthem “Can’t Raise A Man” (Rebellious Soul lead single “V.S.O.P.” achieved the same feat in 2013) — not bad for a diva who was unfairly dismissed by many for using a hit reality TV show to launch her career.

The Love & Hip Hop star always keeps it real but “Can’t Raise A Man” is everything you ever wanted to say to a friend with a no-good dude. “He got older but never grew, for his life he can’t tell the truth,” laments the big-lunged songstress before declaring in the chorus: “you can’t raise a man, he’s already grown whatcha gonna do? You wonder why he acts like a boy, it’s ’cause he wasn’t raised right before you!”

As for the video? Well, the curvy goddess poses on some rocks in front of a waterfall and demonstrates her powerful wig game with a series of glamorous looks. Those mesmerizing scenes are intercut with black-and-white footage documenting an abusive relationship. There are no frills here but the wisdom K. Michelle is preaching will hold your interest.
