Lady Gaga And Christina Aguilera’s “Do What U Want” Gets Four Official Redant Remixes: Listen

Lady Gaga‘s “Do What U Want” deserved better. The saving grace of ARTPOP was brought undone by the unwise inclusion of alleged sexual predator R. Kelly but remains a great slice of slinky dance-pop — especially when you blast the desperate but still completely amazing Christina Aguilera revision.

It seems that Mother Monster has given up on the song altogether, moving on to “G.U.Y.”, but at one point she must have thought the diva duet had commercial potential. Official remixes were commissioned and today (February 11) Gaga posted four of them — all by Steven Redant — on her YouTube account. The Barcelona-based DJ does a commendable job of making “Do What U Want” even camper. (My choice is the Madrid Club Mix). Listen to his fizzy floorfillers after the jump.
