Watch U2 Perform “Invisible” On ‘Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ Premiere Episode

Jimmy Fallon‘s first episode as host of The Tonight Show spilled over with celebrity cameos Monday night (February 17), and to finish the star-studded premiere, U2 performed as his inaugural music guest. But in typical U2 fashion, the performance was its own spectacle, as they did “Invisible,” with some help from a drumline, on the top of Rockefeller Center with the Empire State Building in the background.

I’m not particularly afraid of heights, but watching all those people crammed onto the top of that building, jumping around near those guardrails, cameras swooping along the edges… it’s a little terrifying. But it was a pretty iconic start to Fallon’s Tonight Show run.

Check it out up top. Literally. Then head below to watch their bonus acoustic rendition of the Oscar-nominated “Ordinary Love,” with Fallon and guest Will Smith taking in the performance.
