If you’ve read any of the headlines and/or seen the photos (and really, how could you miss them?!), you already know that the ever-controversial, tongue-waggin’ Miss Miley Cyrus is out on the road on her Bangerz Tour. But most recently, she was caught lip-lockin’ with a member of the crowd — the “I Kissed A Girl” songstress herself, Katy Perry.
