Beyonce‘s Mrs. Carter Show tour has been the source of some truly wonderful fan interactions (OK and one scary one), for she is the People’s Queen, and the latest is another completely charming episode in the saga. Bey stopped her concert in Birmingham this week after spotting a birthday girl in the front row, and dafter briefly introducing the fan (Shehnaz) to the crowd, the star took her hand and serenaded her with a lovely rendition of “Happy Birthday.”
