Taylor Henderson Wants His Girl Back On New Single “When You Were Mine”: Watch
Taylor Henderson came second on X Factor Australia in 2013 but he certainly won the chart battle when his genuinely great debut single “Borrow My Heart” shot to number one and sold double platinum. The Victorian followed that with an album of songs he performed on the show (it also topped the charts) but now returns with new material.
“When You Were Mine” is a country-tinged acoustic pop song in the mold of “Borrow My Heart”. It’s a good sound for Taylor and he will, no doubt, make the ladies swoon with his tale of love lost. Oh and “I’ve got a hand-me-down heart filled with second-hand love” is potentially the best opening line of any song released in 2014. Watch the cute video after the jump.
