Beyonce Joins The Campaign To Ban “Bossy” In Feminist Video For Lean In: Watch

Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In foundation has launched a campaign to ban “bossy,” arguing that the word is a negative term that usually only gets lobbed at ambitious, striving young women. Beyonce, who earlier this year penned a feminist essay, has joined the campaign in a new PSA, along with Jennifer Garner, Jane Lynch, Condoleezza Rice and some other hugely successful women. (How is Kelis not in this, though??)

“I’m not bossy,” Bey says in the video, “I’m the boss.” Can’t argue with the queen on that one. Check it out below.
