SXSW 2014: Justin Bieber Dedicates Surprise “As Long As You Love Me” Performance To Selena Gomez

Surprise, Austin — indie rock god Justin Bieber showed up for a face-melting performance of his jangle-pop jam “As Long As You Love Me” at Scooter Braun‘s Sunday Funday SXSW showcase. Actually, he led things off with the rap from “Boyfriend” — yep, the “swag, swag, swagoo” bit — before dedicating “As Long As You Love Me” to his “baby.” And given that Bieber spent Friday in Texas getting cozy in public with Selena Gomez (they really are “on” again, aren’t they), we’ll just go out on a limb and say he was implying the song was going out to her.

Give the least likely SXSW performance of the year a watch above. It’s guaranteed to be a better viewing experience than watching Bieber’s deposition tape, at least.
