Calvin Harris’ New Single “Summer”: Listen To A Preview
Back in spring 2011, “Bounce,” the Kelis-featuring lead single from Calvin Harris‘ third album 18 Months, first surfaced. A year and a half later, the LP itself was released, and now, in this early stretch of 2014, said record’s eighth and final single, “Thinking About You,” is still hovering in the lower reaches of the Billboard Hot 100.
When Harris’ next album will arrive is anyone’s guess, but at least the ball seems to be slowly but surely rolling in the lead-up. This afternoon the Scottish DJ/producer teased his Instagram followers by posting a six-second snippet of new track “Summer.” As you might guess, it’s a balls-to-the-wall dance cut — one that, so far, doesn’t give any indication as the what the lyrics are or who might be singing them.
