Kylie Minogue’s “Sexercize” Video Teases: Watch Two Clips

Kylie Minogue has always been the queen of playful innuendo. But with Sia-penned Kiss Me Once track “Sexercize,” subtlety flies out the window and lyrics like “stretch it out, baby” and “tomorrow you’ll be sore” hit like a lust-charged jackhammer.

And so here we are with two short teases of what’s looking like a full video for “Sexercize,” one (below) via NOWNESS — directed by Oscar nominated director/screenwriter Roman Coppola, who collaborated with the Chandelier Creative agency to pay “homage to Kenneth Anger’s 1965 short Kustom Kar Kommandos” for “just one facet of an ambitious multimedia hub” — and one (also below) that was posted to Kylie’s own Instagram earlier today. The full clip is due to premiere tomorrow (March 19).

We will note that NOWNESS also refers to Minogue’s “Sexercize” as “the latest single from her 12th studio album, Kiss Me Once.”

Kylie’s Kiss Me Once was released stateside today. In our review of the album, we called “Sexercize” a “grimy romp that doesn’t leave much to the imagination, lyrically… Keeping with that spirit of double-entendres, let’s just say this one’s a grower.”

As for the meaning behind the song, and any official workout associated with it, Kylie told NOWNESS the following: “It is racy but above all fun, and can ‘be’ whatever you want it to be. If you’re old enough to be a VHS generation kid, you will probably manifest your own workout video in your head after one listen — lycra is optional!”
