Beyonce Stars In Toyota’s Strangely Inspiring ‘Get Going’ Campaign: Watch The Japanese Commercial
Beyonce isn’t averse to the odd advertising campaign (hello, $50 million Pepsi deal!) but Toyota felt like an odd fit for the game-changing diva. That is, until I saw the actual commercial, which will air in Japan. Queen Bey’s Get Going initiative is strangely inspiring and, thus, quintessentially her.
“I had a choice — to stand still or move forward, to let things happen or make things happen,” she narrates over images of children singing and dancing. We then see Beyonce belting out “XO” in the studio and performing on stage. “I decide to get going,” she announces as Toyotas zoom across the screen. Watch the most motivational motor vehicle commercial of all time up top.
