Sara Bareilles recently dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform new single “I Choose You” with a full band but also put on an impromptu acoustic performance backstage. The 34-year-old strummed the follow up to “Brave” on her guitar and let her voice do the rest.
At this stage it kind of goes without saying that the multiple Grammy nominee sounded terrific. She is one of the best live performers in the business and effortlessly transforms the upbeat piano-pop tune into a stripped-back ballad. It’s incredible to think that “I Choose You” is still only the second single from The Blessed Unrest. Sara will, no doubt, be in promo mode for months to come, which means more treats like this!
