Beyonce Covers The Power Issue Of ‘Out’ Magazine, Discusses Sexuality And Double Standards

Beyonce‘s first magazine cover of 2014 goes to Out magazine. The gay and lesbian publication picked Third Ward Trill as the poster girl for their power issue and she vamps it up ***flawlessly in a peroxide blond Marilyn Monroe wig. Apart from looking unfathomably gorgeous, the “Drunk In Love” diva has some important things to say about double standards in the music industry.

“There is a double standard when it comes to sexuality that still persists,” empress B told Out. “Men are free and women are not. That is crazy.” The 32-year-old is referring to the negative feedback she received for recording sexually-charged songs like “Partition”, “Rocket” and “Blow” on her blockbuster visual album. But she’s having none of it. “You can be a businesswoman, a mother, an artist, and a feminist — whatever you want to be‚ and still be a sexual being,” she explains. “It’s not mutually exclusive.”
