Beyonce & Jay Z Reportedly Plotting Joint Summer Tour
The Mr. & Mrs. Carter Show could be coming to stadiums this summer. Beyonce and her husband Jay Z are set to announce a 20-date US summer tour starting in June, according to Page Six. The New York Post‘s sources even indicate that the trek will include a July 4 date in New York City.
Both artists finished their respective world tours recently (Jay in January, Bey in March), and some of the highlights of those runs came when the other half would show up unannounced for a live collaboration between the married stars. In addition, if this tour is a reality, it would be Hov’s third live partnership in the past year: last summer he went on a joint summer tour with Justin Timberlake, and at SXSW last month he performed Watch The Throne with Kanye West.
