Bad Suns’ “Salt” Gets A Dance Overhaul Courtesy Of Peter Thomas: Idolator Premiere

Bad Suns really should be on your radar. The LA-based quartet’s Transpose EP landed at number 41 on the Billboard 200 and their debut single “Cardiac Arrest” made major waves on alternative radio. Throw in high-profile tour support slots for Fitz And The Tantrums and, currently, The 1975 and you have a band on the cusp of a major commercial breakthrough.

Their material is certainly catchy enough to crossover to top 40 radio and the guys have even called on Betty Who‘s right-hand man Peter Thomas to remix new single “Salt”. He gives the already synth-strewn anthem an irresistible new wave sheen that conjures English bands like The Cure and Depeche Mode (in their happier moments). Listen to the winning dance overhaul after the jump.
