The Atlantic Records register gets a little more fabulous with each passing day. Romanian dance diva Inna signed to the label recently and today (April 24), British babe Katy Tiz followed suit. Her new single “The Big Bang”, a cover of a relatively obscure Rock Mafia song with a very famous video (more about that later), is exploding at pop radio and making inroads on the iTunes download chart.

The London-based songbird first made waves in late 2012 with feisty debut single “Famous” before returning in 2013 with RedOne-produced party anthem “Red Cup”. Neither track really connected but it’s a case of third time lucky with “The Big Bang”. Interestingly, the original version of the song is well known to Smilers. The video starred Miley Cyrus and features on the soundtrack to her awesomely bad movie LOL. Listen to Katy’s catchy interpretation after the jump.
