Tiesto Debuts “Let’s Go” Featuring Icona Pop: Listen
“One night to save the day / We’ll show them all,” Icona Pop sings in Tiesto‘s “Let’s Go.”
While “Let’s Go” is hardly Tiesto’s first crossover effort (that may be his remix of Delerium‘s “Silence,” featuring Sarah MacLachlan), the bridge makes clear exactly why the veteran trance DJ thought Icona Pop to be a good fit for his music. That all-or-nothing attitude, matched with a slightly vindictive streak – all of that was in the Popping Up duo‘s breakout hit “I Love It,” a song that Tiesto actually remixed before this Town collab surfaced.
“Let Go” appears in Tiesto’s A Town Called Paradise (out June 17), his first release in five years and an album-length tribute to Las Vegas, where he’s hosted residencies over the years. Hear the new song after the jump.
