Nicole Scherzinger’s “Your Love”: Listen To Her House-Influenced New Single

Nicole Scherzinger delivers her first truly great single since “Don’t Hold Your Breath” today with “Your Love” (sorry, “Wet” fans). The onetime Pussycat Doll had been teasing the housey track over the past week, and while the snippets sounded promising, they didn’t indicate just how infectious “Your Love” really is.

Hit-makers The-Dream and Tricky Stewart (Rihanna‘s “Umbrella,” Beyonce‘s “Single Ladies”) are behind the cut, and it’s ’90s dance flourishes — while certainly not unheard of with pop fare in 2014 — mark a clear change in sound for all involved. The song has a July 2 release date, which will be just in time for Nicole’s summery, beach-themed video to premiere.

We’re certainly on board for “Your Love.” Give the doo-doo-doo-da-doo-filled gem a listen below and see if it also has your heart going pitter-pat.
