While there’s no doubt that R&B songstress Kelly Rowland is a total trailblazer, this time around, she’s making it readily apparent by releasing hot, new single “The Game.”  Featured on the 11-track album, Pepsi Beats Of The Beautiful Game, which will include tracks from pop heavyweights such as Janelle Monae, Santigold, Don Omar and Rita Ora,  this pop anthem is not only incredibly fierce, but also one that will be accompanied by a short film directed by  award-winning filmmaker Spike Lee.

“I was immediately attracted to ‘The Game’ because I can identify with its theme of overcoming challenges and finding your voice,” said Rowland when speaking about the track. “It’s a very important message and I’m honored to partner with Pepsi on a project that brings the worlds of music, sports, and film together. As an artist—and a huge film and sports fan—it’s been an incredible experience.”
