Michael Jackson’s “Love Never Felt So Good” Gets A Frankie Knuckles Remix: Listen

I know you’re probably wondering how the recently-deceased Frankie Knuckles remixed a song by the not-so-recently deceased Michael Jackson. Well, I have an explanation that doesn’t involve the use of an Ouija board! The glittering overhaul is actually a tribute to the late house legend by fellow DJs David Morales and Eric Kupper.

“Love Never Felt So Good” turns out to be perfect fodder for a remix in the style of Frankie Knuckles. The smooth disco sound of the original is effortlessly updated to a piano-heavy ’90s house anthem that manages to be respectful to both the much-loved DJ and Michael. This is a worthy addition to any MJ iTunes playlist. Listen after the jump.
