Jennifer Lopez Makes Jimmy Fallon Faint With Performance Of “First Love”: Watch

Jennifer Lopez proved (yet again) that she can pull off bubbly pop with “First Love,” the Max Martin-produced single off her new album A.K.A. (out today, June 17). But when she performed the song during a special Tonight Show episode in Orlando, one of the last stops of her summer tour, she blindsided thousands by suddenly turning fierce. “Wait a minute! Band, I wanna dance!” she exclaimed.

And just like that, J. Lo’s flanked by eight male dancers who shuffle, spin, jump, march, step back as she crouches down and flips her hair wildly – you know, as if watching a master at work – and then, to end with a bang, faint at her command. Fallon’s so exhausted from watching it all that that he faints, too.

Lopez’s Tonight Show performance follows her high-profile World Cup performance, her hilarious “Tight Pants” ditty with Fallon himself and, as best as both can recall, a failed attempt for the two of them to dance with Jennifer Lawrence. Watch her perform “First Love” up top, then see her other antics with Fallon after the jump.
