Ariana Grande’s Next Single Gets A Release Date

Ariana Grande assured fans that her next single, “Break Free,” will arrive sooner than they think. When she confirmed that yes, it will follow “Problem” and yes, it features winning EDM producer Zedd, she even sounded as if she was trying to regain their trust. “don’t be mad when I say ‘soon’ my loves,” she said on Twitter. “every time I’ve said it recently I’ve pulled thru & u know it !!”

Just one day later, she launched a 10-day countdown to “Break Free” – meaning, she will debut her single on July 2. One music critic has already assured fans that the song will be worth the wait. Meanwhile, Zedd has also sung his praises on how “Break Free” turned out.

“I think for her it’s probably a little bit of an unusual song. It’s not necessarily what she typically makes,” he said to iHeartRadio. “For me it’s something [where] I feel very comfortable.
