Drake And Chris Brown Return To The Studio

Drake and Chris Brown recently hit the studio, as shown in a new photo. (TMZ says that Drake posted it, although it doesn’t appear on the rapper’s social media accounts.)

To most, this new snapshot serves as proof that the two have reconciled after their lengthy, ugly beef. Funny enough, a behind-the-scenes photo posted last October seemed to say the exact same thing. At the same time, though, it’s tough to blame fans for forgetting the first time they appeared to have moved on. Their beef dates back to 2012, which culminated into a massive brawl at a New York City nightclub, allegedly over Rihanna, that resulted in a $16 million lawsuit.

“What bothers me more is, what do people even want to see from two young guys?” Drake said to Rap Radar founder Elliott Wilson of their beef. “[Brown]‘s just trying to work, I’m trying to work. You don’t want to see two young black men tear each other down. This shit is about — it’s just, I understand when it’s entertaining you, [when] you might get some music out of it, but at the end of the day, nothing good can come of that situation. Just leave that shit alone.”

Whether the two recorded a song together or were just looking for feedback, this photo makes it clear — they’re taking Drake’s advice to heart.
