The Chainsmokers & Siren’s “Kanye”: Listen To The “#SELFIE” Follow-Up

Sure, The Chainsmokers’ breakout cut “#SELFIE” has been described as “garbage, paint-by-numbers EDM,” but haters be damned — that hasn’t stopped the NYC duo‘s members Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall from plowing ahead with another gimmicky (at least in title) offering. This time around the guys have popped a singer named Siren in front of the mic for a new tune called — wait for it — “Kanye.”

“One day I’ll stand with a crown on my head like a god,” Siren chirps on the track. The Chainsmokers themselves introduced “Kanye” by way of a short snippet and fur-adorned cover art popped on their Instagram bearing the caption, “You can be anything you want to be!”

We’re not quite sure yet just how much Kanye West fawning happens on the song, but for now you can give the short clip a listen below.
